It's simply amazing how fast time seems to go by these days. We hear of happy times and sad times, often unexpectedly. The unfortunate news could leave us reeling, restless and confused. I've learned to appreciate each moment and tell others how I feel. If its anger, love, happiness, regret or fear, we should make efforts to embrace it or let it go and learn from each experience. Take to your mat while you can. Embrace your blessings, release the stress and enjoy your flow!
The longer were are on this earth, the more we realize that life is a series of evolutions. I'm sure I'm not the first person to say that, but it did just come directly from my thoughts! ;-)
Each event that I experience on a daily basis, has the potential to ruin or make my day. Me stressing out over things I can not control, do not serve me and I have simply learned to apply a yogic approach. A series of calming deep breaths make all the difference. When an unfortunate incident presents itself to you (especially unexpected) just breath. Breathing...an ancient but new evolution that is sure to soothe you. Try it.
Sometimes we find ourselves in a peculiar situation. You've prepared your mind, heart, soul, physical space and visualized your dream. There were bumps along the road that you had to overcome that others didn't see. Literally, blood sweat and tears went into this "thing" that you've been striving for. You think you see the much needed help you silently prayed for round the corner. That help may be in the form of a person place, thing or activity. Right before your eyes that so called help has become comfortable in your circle. So comfortable, that the help has now become a hinderence. Your help, turned hinderence, has parked itself comfortably in your zone. Stalling and prohibiting your progress, you are forced to change course and not allow this disguised angel to park its own vision in a space designed specifically for you. Stay focused on your dream. Keep your vision clear. Manifest positive light. At the first sign of distress take appropriate action. Don't allow a problem to fester. Simple or complex...Don't ever allow anything to become comfortable in your zone if it prohibits you from reaching your goal.
