Alva Clemons Alva's first love is education. She holds a B.S. in Special Education from Clemson University and M.A. in Educational Leadership, She is a certified K-12 educator, and a licensed cosmetologist. Through educating and serving others, she found that yoga gave her the energy and positive existence she needed after working long hours for many days at a time. she found solace and balance in the breath while practicing with her mind intently set on peace. She is a 200-RYT with the heart to share yoga with everyone. She brings a rejuvenating Restorative and Yin practice to those who seek rest and an exciting upbeat Pound class for those who want a cardio enhanced option. Alva has also holds a second 200-RYT, certified as a Barkan Method of Hot Yoga Teacher. Alva opened The Yoga Loom in 2015, and in joint efforts with each instructor and every student, a solid community focusing on yoga, fitness, health and wellness continues to flourish.
Anicka Austin Anicka is an artist, choreographer and a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher.. She earned a B.A. in Dance from Kennesaw State University. As a certified yoga instructor and dance choreographer, Anicka intently merges the two artful practices. She is a Hambridge Center for the Creative Arts Distinguished Fellow, a WonderRoot Walthall Fellow and a Lucky Penny work room resident artist. Her interest and devotion to a meditative yoga practice is influential to her life as a whole and especially her artistic practice. You'll find her class to be a unique and possibly addicting yoga experience. .She loves breathing, experiencing and being, her family, friends and hummus.
Ebony Molock Ebony was first introduced to the joy and art of yoga while in college a few years ago.. Having experienced intense levels of stress, she embarked upon a journey that has changed her life. While earning her 200-RYT, studying Kripalu Yoga, Ebony discovered a path to self-healing, self-care and self-discovery. Ebony's All Levels Vinyasa Flow class is youthful, fun and exhilarating. Ebony often travels to workshops so that she stays informed and well-versed. She is excited to share her knowledge with you.
Judi Rodgers Judi believes strongly in carrying a sound mind and body with you every where you go. As a certified Life Fitness Coach, She affirms the importance with others and shows the "how to's" of leading a conscientious well-balanced, active lifestyle. Her class will start you off with learning the fundamentals of Pilates. Under her guidance, you'll gradually progress to maintaining a firm core and strong total body. Suzanne Lawhead Suzanne enjoys sharing her love of traditional yoga with others. She routinely attends training sessions abroad to further her knowledge and love of yoga. She skillfully weaves meditation into each yoga class, leaving you in a state of zen. Suzanne has shared her yoga practice with hundreds of practitioners for over 20 years. She loves paddleboarding and her pooch!
