Alva Clemons, Yoga and POUND Alva Clemons found relief in yoga after working long hours for many days at a time. Realizing that life needed balance weaved in daily, she found solace in the breath while practicing with her mind intently set on peace. She is a 200-RYT with the heart to share yoga with everyone. She brings a rejuvenating Restorative and Yin practice to those who seek rest and an exciting upbeat Pound class for those who want a cardio enhanced option. Alva opened The Yoga Loom in 2015, and in joint efforts with each instructor and every student, a solid community focusing on yoga, fitness, health and wellness has come to fruition. A team effort ensures a safe haven, a home away from home, and a sanctuary where everyone in the community can heal, rest, rejuvenate and find that perfect balance in life.
